Factory Management System
Action’s factory management system strictly following the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). BSCI is
a leading supply chain management system that supports companies to drive social compliance and improvements
within the factories and farms in their global supply chains. BSCI implements the principle international labour
standards protecting workers’ rights such as International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions and declarations, the United Nations (UN) Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and guidelines for multinational enterprises of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Raw Material Control
At our local area, we keep good relationship with many raw material suppliers. They appoint a coordinator
who is responsible for handling our large and stable purchase orders.
QC in warehouse: QC will check on order delivery on every raw material and make sure the raw mater meet
quality. If defected parts were found, the defected parts will be return the supplier and new replacement will be sent.
Appointed QC on workshop checking semi-product to check the assembly, painting, screw holes. Or customer
appointed third party accepted.

If any quality complains, the issue will be forward to service team immediately. Factory Manager will be reported.
Within 24 hours, a meeting about this complaint will be held among workshop, purchasing and QC department. A
detailed feedback and solution will be offered within 48 hours
